DHL will make up to two delivery attempts, if you cannot be found on both attempts, the package will be available for pick-up at the nearest acceptance point for 7 working days. Then the package will be sent back to us.

Shipping to non-EU countries
For countries such as Greenland or Switzerland or any other non EU country, taxes and any applicable customs duties are levied by the respective import customs office. For more information, please contact the responsible customs office.

Ready to ship

Order is ready for dispatch in approx. 1-3 working days.
GERMANY : The delivery time is 1 - 3 working days.
EUROPE : The delivery time is 3 - 10 working days.
INTERNATIONAL : The delivery time is 5 - 45 working days. The delivery time can be delayed by the processing of the respective customs authority!
